Meet Twinkle! She is a 12 year old with a heart full of love . A little shy , Twinkle loves to cozy up. And since she is a senior, Twinkle applies to our Senior For Senior Program if adopted by a fellow senior. Medical expenses within reason are covered in the program which takes the worry away of the expense of adopting a cat.
